On July 2nd 2016. The Internation Students' union and I-volunteer group of Business School participated an event to go to Yizhonghe Park which was sponsored by Saier Group. The respective leaders for this auspicious activity were Mr. Mao, Mr. Jiang and Miss Yuan. This event was comprised by 13 students from Business School and over 20 employees from the company. Amongst the students from Ningbo University, 5 come from different countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Ethiopia.
The Yingzhonghe Park was about half an hour away from the university, Everyone gathered in front of the North Gate of Ningbo University at 8.35am. After arrived at the park, everyone walked to the Replica Ancient Chinese Medicine Store. The guide there was giving some explanation about the Traditional Chinese Medicine history and showed audiences the plants from which these medicines have been made and the procedures that have run down through ages of history , One of them being Dendrobium Canbium, which has a lot of benefits for body.
The guide then leads everyone to a display hall which was set in traditional Chinese bamboo furniture and we experienced a tea ceremony, while Mr. Wang was giving a presentation about the Taodeqing and Laozi. 
The speech lasted about half an hour then everyone were taken to a huge green house in which they were taught how to plant the Dendrobium Canbuim and were given these plants as souvenirs to take home. All the students and employees had a tremendous amount of fun, as they took the soil which was mainly made of tree bark and this specific tree is found in Xinjian region of Mainland China only making it very rare and hard to find.
In this trip, especially for the Students Union and I-Volunteer members,they learned a hand full of things. The learning was not only limited to Chinese traditional or medicine but it was an opportunity for everyone to socialize and get to know each other.
