2021 Ningbo Government Scholarship Calls for Application

According to the urgent notice of the University, the application for Scholarship of Ningbo Government has begun. Please check the following details and do not miss this good chance and deadline.

Qualification：
Second year and above degree international students, who have not won the 2021 CSC Scholarship, 2021 CIS Scholarship, non-degree students are not eligible.
Basic requirements:
1) Applicants should pay up the required fees of academic year 2021-2022(include tuition, accommodation, insurance and late fees).
2) Excellent academic performance, with strong learning and research skills.
3) Friendly attitude towards China. Behave properly.
4) Law-abiding, physically and mentally healthy, achieved all-round development.
5) Take an active part in all kinds of artistic & sports activities. Those with special achievements are prioritized.
6) Master & Ph.D. students actively carry out research and publicly publish papers of C level and above in the name of Ningbo University.
7) The visa has not expired and no punishment has been received.
8) No records of illegal religious activities.
9) No records of traffic violations or accidents.
10) No records for violating the University epidemic prevention and control regulations.
Required materials for students in China:
1) Application form (Please check Attachment 1)
2) Transcript and Study Statues Certificate (Both can be printed on the machines in Teaching Affairs Department, Room 212, 2nd floor of Huangchen Yueli Building or the Students Affairs Center across from No. 1 Canteen)
3) Passport copy and visa copy
4) Valid Health Certificate (From Ningbo International Travel Health Care Center)
5) Chinese Recommendation Letter (The recommendation letter from your teachers is strongly advised)
6) Tuition Fee Transaction Receipt from ICBC+ICBC bank statement (the same as Attachment 2 and Attachment 3)
7) Proof of vaccination
8) Other certificates of honour or membership, which might help your application
Notes: Materials 1 to 7 should be hand in together and lack of any one will not be accepted. The application, once handed in, it will not be returned. Application materials should be in duplicate.
Students who are in China please download the application form and collect other required documents. Hand in paper materials to your counselor, No. 11 Building, Business School 13:30- 16:00, 8th Oct. 2021.
Students in Business Administration (4 years) please refer to Mr. Mao, Room 401.
Students in Business Administration 2+2 please refer to Ms Wang , Room 403.
Students in Accounting, Finance, Marketing and International Business please refer to Ms Chen, Room 405.
Required materials for students not in China:
1) Application form (Please check Attachment 1)
2) Photo of Passport
3) Valid Health Certificate from hospitals in your country with official signature and stamp(Please check Attachment 4)
4) Chinese Recommendation Letter (The recommendation letter with your teacher’s signature is strongly advised)
5) Tuition Fee Transaction Receipt to CCB from your Bank (This receipt is different from different countries)
6) ICBC bank Account(the same as Attachment 3)
7) Other certificates of honour or membership, which might help your application
Notes: Materials 1 to 6 should be hand in together and lack of any one will not be accepted. The application, once handed in, it will not be returned.
Students who are not in China please download the application form and collect other required documents. Please send an email to Business_School@126.com named by your student ID and attached with essential materials before 8th Oct. 2021, 23:00 Beijing time.
For example,
Those emails whose form is different from example will not be accepted.
Evaluation method:
The evaluation of Scholarship applicants will be carried out by the scholarship evaluation board of the Business School.
Attention:
For those who fail to meet the basic requirements or hand in application materials in time, the Business School will not recommend the applicants as potential winners of scholarship.
