NOTICE丨Visa Renewal for International Students in China Mainland

Dear all Students in Mainland of China,

Business school would like to notify all students the Visa renewal application starting from next Monday (May 16th)! Please go to the Faculty & Student Services Center of NBU for renewals as soon as possible starting from May 16th to June17th, 2022.

Procedures For Visa Renewal Application

1. Pay the next academic year’s tuition and accommodation fee.

Business Administration: CNY18000/year

International Economy and Trade:  CNY18000/year

Finance:  CNY18000/year

Accounting(CPA Canada)  

Basic tuition:  CNY18000/year

◆Master Program:

Business Administration(start from class of 2015):  CNY65000/2.5year

Business Administration(start from class of 2021):  CNY85000/2.5year

※ACCOMMODATION

◆Yangguang Hostel：

B Block：CNY5400/half year

C Block：CNY7200/half year

D Block：CNY4000/year

◆Yongjiang Dormitory：

Double room：CNY4000/year

4-Person room：CNY2500/year

2. Apply visa extension on the website.

3. Bring the receipts from the bank to your counselor. Your performance including daily report will be evaluated and a document will be give to the immigration office.

4. Go to Student Services Center, No.4 counter with Necessary Documents.

Necessary Documents For Visa Renewal Application

1. PERMITPERMIT/RESIDENCE Visa/STAY APPLICATION FORM (Filled in English).

2. Two pieces of 2-inch-sized photos with white background (one photo on the form).

3. Passport.

4. Photocopies of your passport information page, visa page, and latest entry stamp page.

5. Photocopy of Accommodation Registration from the local police station.

6. Photocopy of JW201/202 form (yellow page).

Please Note:

·Students who fail to comply with the above instructions will bear all the responsibilities as well as consequences. All International students are required to take note of their residence permit expiration date and renew it on time. The renewal application must be completed NOT LESS THAN 10 working days before the visa expires.

· Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of applicants that can be handled daily will be limited during this period. So please manage your time accordingly. First come first serve.

· No reasons whatsoever would be accepted for late submissions.
