For students who are in China,
1.Download a Departure Checklist yourselves and print it out.
2.Go to students affairs center(No.2 and No. 3) and Yangguang reception(No. 1) to check out and get their stamps on your departure checklist.
3.Please come to your conselor’s office (Cao Guangbiao 曹光彪 Building, 8:00-11:00, 13:30-16:30) after you get three stamps. You will get a receipt with your conselor's signature.
4.Go to Ms Yuki/Ms Jessie's office and show your receipt. You will get your diploma.
Deadline: June 30th.
For students who are not in China,
Please find your friends who are in Ningbo University. Write a letter of authorization to him/her. If you do not know how to write it, a sample is below. Make an appointment with your conselor, send your digital version of authorization letter and let your friend take your letter paper to finish step 1-4. Deadline: June 30th.
For students who cannot graduate in time,
Ask Ms Yuki/Ms Jessie how long you have to extend. Pay your tuition fee before you come to extend your visa. It is 13000 RMB half year for postgraduates and 9000 RMB half year for undergraduates. Deadline: June 23th.
If you are not in China, you cannot graduate successfully and still want to continue your study, send your willingness to your conselor and pay your tuition fees. If you do not want to contine, tell your conselor as well.
Deadline: June 30th.
For graduation ceremony and photo shooting for students in China, please consult with your conselor.
