The National Day Holiday is coming, the holiday lasts from October 1st until October 8th. October 10th makes up the class of October 8th.To spend a safe and happy vacation, here are some important rules and tips that you might have to follow and bear in mind:
1. Please report your location everyday through NBU’s system and report to your WeChat group(Follow the procedure shown in attachment图片). Students should fill out the application form(文件word) and get approval from school if they are to travel out of Ningbo during the holiday. You should send your application form to Business_School@126.com before 4pm, September 30th. For example,
It’s compulsory for students who are currently in China during the pandemic. Besides, the Business School will stand out for you when you are in danger if you have gained approval in advance.
2. Dorm regulation. According to notice from International College, students are not allowed to apply to live off-campus during the pandemic. Students shall return to their dorms before 10:30pm and maintain a good life habit. Please do not have visitors stay in the dormitories after 11:00 pm. Those who do not follow could face cancelation of their stay in dorms, rejected entrance and a serious warning, which could lead to loss of qualification for diploma. Students should keep quiet and try not to disturb others' study and rest, avoid playing loud music and exchanging rooms without the consent of the dorm management.
4. Visa Extension. Students must make sure their passport and visa are not expired during their study in China. Students whose visa is expired will be fined 500 Yuan per day, and for those who are unable to pay the fine will be detained and deported. For students in China, please send your newest visa page to Business_School@126.com before Oct. 8th. For example,
5. Drug and Alcohol. Using drug or allowing others to use drug anywhere in China is forbidden. Please control your consumption of alcohol, do not get involved in fighting or making a mess, and seldom go to bars and pubs.
6. Religious Activity. Please do not hold any religious activities or broadcast religious beliefs inside the campus, it is strongly advised that students with religion go to official places to do the pray.
7. Traffic Safety. Please drive safely and control your E-bike speed within 20 km/h in and out of the campus for your own safety, students with E-bikes must have your license plate registered with the local police station.
8. Room Safety. Please emphasize room safety, close doors when you leave and protect valuable belongings from thieves, avoid using fire or high-voltage household appliances, and ventilate the room often to get away from illness.
