Dear students,
Due to the ongoing impact of the epidemic and the travel bans of various countries, international students abroad are still unable to come to China at present. Besides, the graduation season is coming soon, and the graduates from overseas are also unable to attend the thesis defense and graduation ceremony. In order to provide humanized service for overseas international students, our faculty would like to remind overseas graduates to read this process carefully.

Procedures:
1. Submit The Assignment Letter to your counsellor. (Attachment 1)
2. Our faculty will sign this letter for you to justify both your identifications for the Dormitory Management Department. With this letter, the staff there will open the room for you.
3. The authorized students can go to the dormitory to pack things and check out of the dormitory with the letter and Departure Checklist form. (Attachment 2) (Please make sure your roommate's stuff won't be taken by mistake.)
4. After you clear all the things out of the dormitory and pay for the bills which the Dormitory Management Department requires, they will stamp for you on the first part of Departure Checklist form. Graduates also need to get the other 2 stamps from students’ affairs center.
5. Graduates will not be eligible to receive their diploma(original and digital version) until they have submitted in their stamped Departure Checklist form to their counsellor.
