Procedures of Suspending、Resuming and Dropping Schooml for undergraduates in Business School
一、休学流程：
1. 联系教务办老师（Yuki）线上申请休学
2. 休学后进休学群跟老师保持联系
Procedure of Suspending school:
1. Pls Contact Teaching Administration Office (Yuki) to apply for the suspending online and (http://is.nbu.edu.cn/ismswap/#/)
2. Join in the suspending school Wechat group to keep in touch with teacher in Ningbo Universit
二、复学流程：
1. 学生缴学费
2. 学生在线申请并向 Yuki 提供缴费证明
3. 确定学生无任何欠费等问题后帮学生审核复学
4. 提交国交学院审核
5. 学生复学选课
Procedure of Resuming school:
1. If you are ready to resume school, pls first pay the tuition fee
2. pls Contact Teaching Administration Office (Yuki) to apply for the resuming online and show the evidence of your payment to her (http://is.nbu.edu.cn/ismswap/#/)
3. after the above two procedures, Yuki will submit your application to International college.
4. The international college reviews your application.
5. After resuming, you can wait for the
三、退学流程：
1. 线上申请退学 （找 Yuki 老师）
2. 学生找辅导员老师办理退学（填离校循环单）
3. 确定学生无任何欠费等问题后帮学生审核退学
4. 提交国交学院审核
5. 学校发正式通知后，国交学院盖章
Procedure of dropping School:
1. Pls Contact teacher in Teaching Administration Office (Yuki) to apply for the Dropping online (http://is.nbu.edu.cn/ismswap/#/)
2. after submitting your application online successfully, pls contact your supervisor to finish the school-leaving procedure.
3. after the above two procedures, Yuki will submit your application to International college.
4. the international college reviews your application
5. after you get the official document, go to International college for the last stamp
