Reminder of Course Selection
Time period of course selection. Each semester, around week 16, all the students should start course selection by themselves.
Add or drop courses. Two days before the end of each semester, it's the first time to add or drop courses. Within the first two weeks of each semester, you can add or drop courses by yourself. During the third and fourth week, faculty teaching affairs office could help to deal with adding or dropping courses but only for exceptional cases. Only when you have already done the course selection within the required time period, can you add or drop courses. Please remember that if you don't select courses for next semester in the required time period, you are not allowed to add or drop courses during the third and fourth week.
The exceptional cases to add or drop courses in the third and fourth week are as follows.
1. If you fail the make-up examination, you may need to add courses.
2. If you pass the make-up examination, you may need to drop courses.
3. If a course you choose is adjusted by our school, you may need to add or drop courses. The adjustments include new courses open and suspension or cancel, clash of two courses because of change of time.
Reminder.
1. A student must do the course selection within the required time.
2. Without selecting courses, a student is not allowed to attend classes and take the final exam.
